Please note: Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns for hygiene and safety reasons. However, we do offer support in cases where refunds may be applicable.

Order Errors: If we made an error with your order (such as sending the wrong product), we will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
